Surgery and after

Cataract may affect one or both the eyes. Surgery is performed one eye at a time with sufficient time in between for recovery.

We offer no injection, painless, sutureless, micro incision, cataract surgery.

The surgery is generally a day care procedure which lasts for 5-15 minutes. During the surgery laser is used to create a flap in the cornea, A micro incision is made in the cornea, the lens is emulsified and extracted and an intraocular lens is placed. The opening is so small that it does not require any sutures and will heal automatically.

The nature of day care surgery ensures a quick recovery and a quick return to your normal routine.

Vision improves significantly immediately.
